MCE OpsAgent: the AI model proposes, the guardrails decide

MCE OpsAgent is an AI operations agent for teams that run and support trading platforms.
It watches Jira for new tickets and picks each one up as soon as it lands.
It does the fact finding through the target platform's APIs, establishes the root cause of the problem, and updates the ticket with the evidence and recommended next step.
Where you allow it, it can also carry out the fix, within the permissions you set.

Your support engineers start from an answer, not a blank ticket.

Why support teams want it

Faster to the root cause. The checks an engineer runs by hand, screen after screen, OpsAgent runs automatically and stores every result as evidence, grounding the AI model into auditable facts.

Tickets that explain themselves. Every update says what was found, how it is proven and what to do next, with the evidence behind it. Whoever picks up the ticket, at any hour, sees the full picture.

Expertise that stays in the team. Every case helps the next one. OpsAgent proposes what it has learned for addition to the MCE Knowledge System, and your experts approve it before it is used again. Knowledge that lived in a few heads becomes shared and reviewed.

Your own knowledge, kept private. Your experts can add what they already know, such as known issues, checks and investigation guides, directly into the Knowledge System by using the Knowledge Workbench.
Your knowledge in your own private layer, separate from generic platform knowledge, and once approved it guides the investigation of every case that follows.

AI you can explain to risk and audit. The AI model only proposes; the OpsAgent guardrails decide what runs. Every call to the platform goes through a gateway that checks and records it, and every step is kept in a tamper-evident, hash-chained case journal.

You decide how far it goes. Investigate and report only, or let it carry out a small set of guarded fixes. It never changes the platform's configuration, and an escalated case names who takes it next.

It fits how you already work. Tickets come from Jira, and the result goes back to the ticket when the case ends. It works with the AI model of your choice, including one hosted in your own environment.
